Questions and Answers
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you select. Generally, orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and then shipped. Delivery may take between 1 and 2 business days, depending on the destination. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
You have 14 business days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange a product, provided it is in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. If the product is defective or does not meet specifications, we will cover the return shipping costs. For more information, please see the returns section in our Terms and Conditions.
If you made a mistake in your shipping address or would like to change it, please contact us immediately through our customer service department. If the order has not yet been shipped, we can update the address. However, once the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to change it.
We are not yet able to offer order tracking. We are working hard to provide the best possible service to our customers, and you can count on us to make this available as soon as possible.

We currently deliver only within Switzerland, but we are doing our best to expand our business to France as soon as possible.
